Katia and Declan’s Outer Banks wedding at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo was a vibrant celebration filled with emotion and joyful moments. The waterfront venue offered stunning views of the Roanoke Sound, setting the scene for their windswept ceremony and portraits along the docks and boardwalks in the light sprinkling rain.
Following the ceremony their friends and family filled the Roanoke Island Festival Park pavilion as Katia and Declan shared a choreographed first dance followed by a fun-filled dance party that continued into the night.
